This project is a fitness guide designed to help beginners learn the basics of weightlifting in a clear and approachable way. The guide combines strong visual design with easy-to-follow instructions, breaking down proper form, techniques, and workout fundamentals to make lifting feel less intimidating. Through clean layouts, organized information, and motivating visuals, I aimed to create a design that is both informative and encouraging for people starting their fitness journey.
